【Title】The current situation and optimization of net calorific value control technology in supercritical unit
【摘要】超临界机组因无法获取类似于汽包炉的热量信号,燃料热值的变化势必严重影响系统的能量平衡和流量平衡,也会严重影响超临界机组控制系统的调节品质,甚至波及机组运行的稳定性。针对超临界机组,阐述热值控制技术控制原理,并分析了目前主要热值控制技术的优缺点,最后提出两种改进型的热值控制策略,结合现场实际应用情况,经济而有效的解决了热值不确定性对超临界机组参数控制带来的影响。
【Abstract】As the supercritical unit unable to get the heat signal like drum boiler, the NCV change will broken energy balance and heat balance of system, also affect the unit control quality, and even threaten the secure operation of unit. To the supercritical unit, it represents the principle of the NCV control, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of existing NCV control technologes, it proposes two advanced adaptive control strategys which have achieved great results , and efficiently and cost-effectively resolved the effects of NCV changes to the supercritical unit parameter control.
