【Title】Research onAutomatic Optimal Control on Steam Turbine Cold End Operation
【摘要】本文基于现有汽轮机冷端优化原理,建立了用于在线自动优化控制的实时校正优化模型,针对湿冷和直接空冷机组,提出了考虑汽轮机末级安全和寿命的综合优化方案,给出了冷端运行自动优化控制策略及其实现方法,应用于某350MW亚临界湿冷机组,正常稳定运行超过30个月。实践结果表明,相对于传统人工经验运行,冷端运行自动优化控制真正起作用的时期,实现了平均降低煤耗1.2g/kWh,对于冷端设备运行组合较多的双速循泵湿冷机组来说效果显著,对于配置有变频循泵的湿冷机组或直接空冷机组来说更可发挥冷端运行优化系统连续自动调节的优势,综合收益更加明显。
【Abstract】Based on optimization theory of steam turbine cold end, optimization model with real-time correction was built in this paper for online automatic optimal control. A comprehensive optimization program was proposed for wet or direct air cooling units with consideration of safety and life of steam turbine last stage. The automatic optimal control strategy and its implementation for cold end operation were given and were applied to a 300MW subcritical wet cooling unit for stable operation over 30 months. The results show that coal consumption was reduced by 1.2 g/kWh due to the cold end automatic optimal control during its truly effective period relative to that by operator experiences traditionally. That will be more effective for units with double speed circulation pump for more operation equipment combinations. The work can take advantage of continue optimal control of cold end system for direct air cooling unit or wet unit with frequency conversion circulation pump where comprehensive benefits are more obvious.
