【Title】The earth connection of stator windings on 660MW steam generator fault analysis
【摘要】某厂1台660MW发电机因定子冷却水流量和压力严重偏低,加之内冷水系统遗留异物造成定子线棒局部堵塞过热。运行人员未及时发现超温情况,最终因过热及热应力导致定子绝缘损坏,发生定子接地事故,本文分析了事故原因,并提出了应吸取的经验教训,供相关专业人员借鉴参考。
【Abstract】The water flow and the pressure in cooling system of the 660MW generator are extremely low, and the inner-cooled system leaves some residue. Therefore, the stator would be partial-overheated. If the operators could not diagnose the overheating situation in time, it would cause the stator insulation breakdown. Then some earthing faults may occur. Therefore, this paper analyzes the reasons and posts some solutions, which could help engineering to solve similar problems.
