【Title】The Simulation Research On the Hydraulic Power Take-off Installation of the Resonating Wave Power System
【Abstract】The paper chooses the hydraulic PTO installation as the research object, in order to improve the stability and efficiency, influence of key hydraulic components such as accumulator and proportional speed regulating valve is studied on the installation. According to the design requirements, based on the AMESim simulation platform, the PTO model was built and the simulation was carried out to provide the design basis for improving the stability and efficiency of the installation. From the simulation results, it can be seen that, under the design conditions, the accumulator, proportional speed control valve can effectively improve the efficiency and the stability of the installation. The accumulator charging pressure should be set to 0.9 times the line pressure, the pressure and flow stabilizing effect is significant. Simulation shows that, under the design requirements, the pressure of the pipeline and the flow change trend are consistent with the steady state of different volume. With the increase of the nominal volume, the pressure of the pipeline, the flow pulsation rate gradually reduced, the stability is gradually increased, when the nominal volume is 2.5L , the pulsation rate has dropped to 0.9%, in line with the practical application. Proportional speed control valve can control the flow rate of hydraulic motor, given the efficency and stability, it should be in accordance with the minimum design flow rate of the pipeline.
